She graduated as a Medical Doctor from Ankara Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 2012. In 2013, she started her specialization training in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Ankara Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt Training and Research Hospital. During her residency training, she participated as an observer and practitioner in numerous aesthetic and reconstructive cases. Her areas of interest during her residency included aesthetic surgery, post-cancer breast reconstructions, hand surgery, microsurgery, trauma surgery, and skin cancers. She completed her mandatory service at Gaziantep Abdulkadir Yüksel State Hospital. Subsequently, she worked as a faculty member in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Atılım University Faculty of Medicine. Concurrently, she worked as a Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeon at Medicana International Ankara Hospital. Dr. Buğçe Ballıoğlu Güney specializes in aesthetic breast surgery, body contouring, periocular aesthetics, aesthetic rhinoplasty, and various facial and body surgical procedures.
